Previous students have created full digital packages in which the hard copy of the song is stored. I loved this example because of the use of stunning photography that reflects the tone of the song and maintains the consistency of the child character. The use of the orange and yellow which are ever so slightly dripped into the sepia coloured images works beautifully with the white background. I will have to create my own equivalent for my artist.
The reason for the digipack is that loyal fans will always want official items to collect to feel apart of the musicians history. The digipak's are more personal and suggest more of an effort has gone into the production, this can help them promote the artist through their love of them. Furthermore they would prefer a hard copy if they are slightly older and or the prefer a physical copy.
